Dear Friends of Tröegs:

As you can imagine, everyone here at Tröegs has been following the spread of
COVID-19. Together, we’ve been carefully learning as much as we can from
trusted local, state and federal sources about keeping our guests and co-
workers safe.

Because we are independent and family owned, all of our decision-making
happens right here in Hershey. That means we can act quickly when the times
demand. This is one of those times, and we’d like you to know what we’re
doing.

Enhanced cleaning protocols: Of course, we already follow strict local public
health guidelines on food safety, and we are increasing the frequency of our
stringent cleaning policies. We are performing frequent and regular cleaning
and wipedown of high-traffic areas in and around the brewery, and we are
disinfecting surfaces, barware, kitchen supplies and serveware. Our janitorial
contractors are following sanitation and disinfection protocols in all public
areas.

Teamwork: The health and safety of our co-workers is our priority. We’re
working across all departments to provide co-workers with regular updates
and information. We have strict rules in place for hand-washing, and we
require sick team members to stay home. Business air travel has been
suspended, and we are following CDC guidelines for all travel.

We also are temporarily suspending growler fills of customer containers.

We look forward to continuing to share our world-class brewery with you.
The safety of our guests and co-workers remains our priority, and we will
continue to stay informed and do what we believe is responsible and right for
you and for the Tröegs community.
