Here at Tröegs, spring is in the air as we begin to thaw out of winter’s deep freeze. With warm weather on our minds, we’re excited to release our brand new seasonal, Little ‘Nator Springtime Lager.
This light bronze-toned lager is built on a foundation of caramel and pilsner malts to lend notes of crusty bread. Weighing in at 5.5% ABV, Little ‘Nator is modeled as a lighter take on our iconic Troegenator Double Bock.
Hopped with El Dorado, Hersbrucker and Tradition, Little ‘Nator displays hints of stone fruit and delicate floral notes. And, our house lager yeast ties it all together with a touch of fruity esters and a sweet but crisp finish.
Little ‘Nator replaces Hop Horizon IPA as our spring release and joins Field Study, Hopora and Blizzard of Hops in our rotating seasonal series.
This rascally cousin of our beloved Troegenator is simple, complex, contemporary and classic… and we think it’s the perfect way for a lager lover to usher in the changing of the seasons.
