Limited run of Hop Knife Harvest IPA available only at Tröegs

Hop Knife Harvest IPA, previously our Hop Cycle seasonal IPA for fall, is now available exclusively at Tröegs brewery in Hershey, PA.

This limited release brings together six hop varieties: Cascade, Chinook, El Dorado, Centennial, Citra and Columbus. At the end of fermentation, the beer churns in our Hop Cyclone, releasing a bounty of preserved citrus rind, pineapple and tropical aromas.

Look for Hop Knife on draft in the Tasting Room and in 12-oz. cans and crowlers to-go in the General Store! Limit to two cases per customer, please.
