Citrusy and soft Double Blizzard is back!

It’s always a good day here at Tröegs when we have a new double IPA!

And today, it’s fan favorite Double Blizzard. Double Blizzard is our 8.3% ABV amplification of Blizzard of Hops.

We use a cooler temperature for Double Blizzard’s kettle hop additions, softening the character of the Centennial, Chinook and El Dorado. On the cold side, we dry-hop with four pounds per barrel of Chinook and Galaxy. At 8.3% ABV, we’re into semi-hazy Double IPA territory, and we like it here.

We taste: huge citrus and pineapple notes with hints of soft pine.
